ArcSource Group Receives Certification

COLUMBIA, MARYLAND (November 15, 2010) – ArcSource Group, Inc., a Maryland-based IT consulting firm, is proud to announce that the company has been certified as a participant in its Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development program.

The SBA 8(a) program was designed to provide business development assistance to companies owned and managed by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. In order to be certified by the SBA, an applicant firm must: be a small business; be unconditionally owned and controlled by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who are of good character, be citizens of the United States; and must demonstrate potential for success. The certification gives ArcSource Group the opportunity to bid on contracts that are specifically set aside for SBA 8(a) program participants.
